Why she gets up in the morning…
Nell has two major commitments in her life; her family and her work. Both she addresses with passion…Sometimes beyond calling!
Her son attends a local Noosa school where he is extremely active and excels in many extra-curricular activities including gymnastics and saxophone. He has been supporting a sponsor child through Free to Shine since February 2012 out of his own pocket money! Now that’s inspiring!
Weekends you will find her with her friends and children – getting out and about, socialising and enjoying all Noosa has to offer.
Why she is such an asset to you…
Nell offers a wealth of experience in the accounting profession. In almost 25 years she has gained an outstanding knowledge of the business, encompassing individual and business taxation and compliance, client structure and has provided extensive customer support.
Nell studied for a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major at University of Southern Queensland. Her prowess was acknowledged by receiving the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Nell is currently completing a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management and is passionate about issues surrounding people and performance – helping staff to better understand their roles and mentoring our more junior team members.
She is an extremely capable member of our staff, having attended numerous Industry Courses and Seminars, conducted staff training, implemented client and office accounting software packages, and created documentation and system procedures. Nell also plays an important role in assisting our senior accountants, and is constantly developing her working knowledge of tax compliance and self- managed superannuation funds.
