Why he gets up in the morning…
Shane (or the designated driver as we sometimes like to call him) is the Mr Fixit of the office. Anything even vaguely mechanical will be attacked with a gusto that even the most qualified tradesman would be proud of! If he is not familiar with an item, he will search youtube for a video showing him how or what to do. There’s initiative for you!
Shane likes to trawl the internet for bargains of any description. It is not unusual to see his desk stacked high with packages from far and wide…some he keeps in the office until the relevant birthday or anniversary presents itself. Now that’s forward thinking! We are not sure what the package of denim jean style nappies were for, but he assured us they were for the new grandchild they welcomed in November 2012. It will be the hippest kid on the block!

Shane is one of our Senior Accountants and has in excess of 35 years’ accounting experience. His expertise has continued to be honed over the years, through various senior positions with Chartered Accounting firms in the Sunshine Coast region. Shane has been with RJS Accounting Services for more than 13 years and his areas of expertise include tax compliance and self managed superannuation funds.
